The first thing you will need to do is make sure that you are using the right kind of frame for your custom canopy tent. Our own recommended frames are made with commercial grade aluminum and come with a Free Wheeler bag for easy storage. This will make transportation of your canopy frame a quick and easy operation.

Step 2: Be Careful During Set Up and Tear Down
You will need to be very careful when you are setting up and taking down these special trade show display tents. Although they are designed not to be bulky or weighty, they can cause injury if you are not careful. You may also cause a rupture or tear on the canopy frame. It's a good idea to make this a 2 person job to minimize this risk.

Step 3: Separate the Graphics from the Frame

Your next step should be to separate the graphics from the frames of your custom printed canopy tents. Do this very carefully so that you can keep track of all of the various graphics you will need to use in the future. The graphics should be kept in a separate container from the one that stores the parts of the canvas frame itself.

Step 4: Dust Off and Completely Clean Your Tent
The next step of the process will be to dust off, clean, and dry your custom canopy tent. Doing so on a regular basis will be an essential part of our recommended canopy care regimen. Use clean linen cloth to dust each area of the canopy off. Make sure that you get as much dust off as you can before you put it in the water to wash it. |

After the canopy has been cleaned, make sure to keep all of the included accessories in one place. This will make it easier for you to collect and store them when not in use. It will also help you quickly locate them when it is time to use them for your next major trade show or other public event.
