If you are assembling your frame and find that any of its parts are unfastened or not latched up correctly, this is a problem. You don't want any part of your tent coming undone, especially during a public event where someone can be injured. Double check that all parts are secure and properly fastened and laid out.

You will need to be very careful when you are setting up and taking down these special trade show display tents. Use clean linen cloth to dust each area of the canopy off. Make sure that you get as much dust off as you can before you put it in the water to wash it.

The next thing you will need to do is wash your tent. Don't use anything more than soap and lukewarm water for this part of the process. Make sure the water you use is kept to a gentle stream and not too cold or too hot. The soap you use should be as gentle as possible. Never use any harsh chemical detergents of the industrial type.

Never try to rub out stains using a brush. It's always best to let the water do the work. It may take longer but it will be safer for the fabric. You don't want to cause any rips and tears in the canvas that can lead to issues later on. Let the water and soap take care of the stains. Contact a cleaning service if it doesn't seem to work.

After the canopy has been cleaned, make sure to keep all of the included accessories in one place. This will make it easier for you to collect and store them when not in use. It will also help you quickly locate them when it is time to use them for your next major trade show or other public event.
