Are you about to celebrate your business opening or reopening? If this is the case, you need to mark the occasion in style. You can make use of our custom pop up tents for your special outdoor celebration. Our custom printed canopy tents will give your business the exposure it needs to remind people who are throwing this great party.

The steps for cleaning the fabric of your custom pop up tents can be summed up in the following order:

Make Sure You Use the Right Frame

The first thing you will need to do is make sure that you are using the right kind of frame for your custom canopy tent. Our own recommended frames are made with commercial grade aluminum and come with a Free Wheeler bag for easy storage. This will make transportation of your canopy frame a quick and easy operation.

If you are assembling your frame and find that any of its parts are unfastened or not latched up correctly, this is a problem. You don't want any part of your tent coming undone, especially during a public event where someone can be injured. Double check that all parts are secure and properly fastened and laid out.

Step 1: Be Careful During Set Up and Tear Down

You will need to be very careful when you are setting up and taking down these special trade show display tents. Although they are designed not to be bulky or weighty, they can cause injury if you are not careful. You may also cause a rupture or tear on the canopy frame. It's a good idea to make this a 2 person job to minimize this risk.

Make sure not to set up or take down the tent in the middle of strong weather conditions. Strong wind can be very dangerous when you are attempting to lift and set up the weights, nails, or ropes. There is also the danger of the tent getting blown away and damaged. Keep an eye on what you are doing and don't take any undue risks.

As you are setting up or taking down your custom pop up tents, take inventory of all of its parts. This is a good time for you to identify any areas that are torn or any parts that may be missing. If this is the case, you'll need to find them before you continue. You may also get in touch with us to order replacement parts if need be.

Step 2: Separate the Graphics from the Frame

Your next step should be to separate the graphics from the frames of your custom printed canopy tents. Do this very carefully so that you can keep track of all of the various graphics you will need to use in the future. The graphics should be kept in a separate container from the one that stores the parts of the canvas frame itself.

It's a good idea to store the graphics in our specially designed waterproof carrying bag. Keep the bag itself in a cool dry place that is well out of the sun. This will keep the graphics away from UV rays that can cause them to become discolored and faded. The longer you keep them fresh, the longer the service life they will have.

Step 3: Dust Off and Completely Clean Your Tent

The next step of the process will be to dust off, clean, and dry your custom canopy tent. Doing so on a regular basis will be an essential part of our recommended canopy care regimen. Use clean linen cloth to dust each area of the canopy off. Make sure that you get as much dust off as you can before you put it in the water to wash it.

The next thing you will need to do is wash your tent. Don't use anything more than soap and lukewarm water for this part of the process. Make sure the water you use is kept to a gentle stream and not too cold or too hot. The soap you use should be as gentle as possible. Never use any harsh chemical detergents of the industrial type.

Never try to rub out stains using a brush. It's always best to let the water do the work. It may take longer but it will be safer for the fabric. You don't want to cause any rips and tears in the canvas that can lead to issues later on. Let the water and soap take care of the stains. Contact a cleaning service if it doesn't seem to work.

Step 4: Keep Your Accessories in One Place

After the canopy has been cleaned, make sure to keep all of the included accessories in one place. This will make it easier for you to collect and store them when not in use. It will also help you quickly locate them when it is time to use them for your next major trade show or other public event.

Our special Heavy Duty Canopy Frame Carrying Bag is the ideal carrying case to keep all of them safely in. You can order them directly from us here at our site. We have various carrying cases to accommodate all of the various canopy tent sizes.

Make sure to keep all of the accessories that were included with your tent frame such as ground nails and ropes or sand bags. Doing so will be an essential part of day to day canopy care. You will need all of these items because they are the elements that ensure its structural integrity.
