We totally understand the importance of delivery in time for your events or trade shows. For general guidelines:
 | Your turnaround time starts after we have received both your order payment and Proof Approval. Cuttoff time 4PM CST weekdays. |
 | To receive your order earlier, you can either 1) speed up the production time to Rush; 2) expedite the shipping; or 3) Do both. |
 | Other than ready-to-ship products and hardware, custom products do need various of production time to make them, starting from 1 business day. |
 | We recommend to start the Order, Design and Proof Approval as early as you can to avoid any Rush Printing or Expedite Shipping fees. |
 | We highly recommed adding at least 1 day of wiggle room to your order, and preparing for any unexpected production or delivery delays. |
 | Please do inform us of your in hand date when you place the order or approve the proof. |
 | Please note that some products cannot be rushed. Also, some rush products may have material or shape differences due to the rush production procedures. |
Disclaimer: We will do our best to ship on time upon the shipping method of your choice, but we do not have control over 3rd party carriers like FedEx, UPS and USPS regarding the Custom Clearance delay, local delivery delay or strike, weather related delays. We will not compensate any delays caused by 3rd parties.
