Yes! We do offer double sided options. Make sure you select the option for double sided when ordering and be sure to include both sides of your design. Reach out to us today if you have specific design questions so we make sure that every material you order is perfect.

You should be able to easily attach your custom fabric display to the frame by pulling it snugly over the top. It should be snug and secure as there is a zipper at the bottom to ensure that your fabric doesn't slide off the frame. Commonly called a pillow case display. Although one person can do the installation, we do recommend two persons for a quicker installation.

The zipper is not essential for the fabric display to attach to the frame, though we do recommend it to make sure that the display remains smooth and tight and in the right place. We recommend replacing the display eventually, but the frame should get the job done if something should happen to the zipper.

When you order display graphics from Lush Banners, you get a matte finish that stays vibrant and clear when stretched across the frame.

Though all of our promotional products are durable and high quality, we recommend leaving your custom tension fabric display indoors. Our frames are made from durable aluminium, they are not weighted or anchored down to the ground, so strong windy weather might blow them away. Under the right conditions, your backdrop display can be used outdoors, but we recommend you use caution.

The main differences between the Premium and Standard are that the premium has a heavier frame and feet and the carrying case has wheels. The premium also has a more in-depth warranty.

Generally, Tension fabric displays are made using aluminum tubing hardware that fits seamlessly together, while the fabric graphics are printed on premium polyester fabric, and are easy to set up. Lush Banners offers many unique shapes and designs that the polyester fabric fits over and takes the shape of.

The terms 'retractable banners' and 'pop up banners' are generally used interchangeably. But 'pop up displays ' are a totally different large format displays used strictly indoors.

Our stretchable fabric materials are not transparent. If your design is very light or if there are a lot of bright lights behind the display, you might be able to see some light pass through. However, our 9 oz tension fabric is fairly thick and therefore doesn't have a lot of shining through it.

The poles are made from a lightweight aluminum that makes for easy transport and setup without compromising the sturdiness of the frame.

Lush Banners uses a dye sublimation process that prints your design directly onto the tension fabric. It is the best way to do it to adhere the ink to the fabric material so that your designs stay vibrant for a long period of time.

No, our tension displays do not rip or tear easily. As long as you are using it properly, and transporting and storing it carefully, you should have no worry about damage. Though there is always a chance that sharp objects can tear it, our materials are high quality and durable.

They all are made by aluminum frames and tension fabrics. The major differences are:

• The look: Pop up displays look more blocky with the cross bar frame design. Frame are visible for sides or back. Tension Fabric Display on the other hand, all frames other than the weighted feet are covered seamlessly by the graphics, very sleek and modern looking.
• The Frame: Pop up displays have cross bar frames. Frames are visible from the sides or the back. Tension Fabric Displays are made by hollow aluminum tubes which are not visible after assembly.
• The Assembly: Pop Up Displays are designed to be quickly setup and takedown, the graphics are quickly attached to the frame by Velcro strips or silicone edge graphic channels. Tension Fabric Displays have pillowcase graphics that will be wrapped around and held in place by the tension of the graphic and enclosed zipper.

Our Standard pop up displays refer to the standard connectors of the frame, standard connectors can be connected or disconnected by the snap fit design. Standard pop up displays come with a standard 12 months warranty and a free canvas carrying bag. Premium Magnetic Pop Up Displays refer to the magnetic connectors of the premium pop up display frame. Premium Magnetic Pop Up Displays have 4-6 reinforced snap fit connectors, the other connectors have magnetic tips which connect and disconnect automatically. You need to carefully and slowly pull up your banner out of the stand and put it back into the stand, pay attention to keep the graphic centered or your banner might go in the stand crooked, causing damage to the edges of your graphic permanently.

Retractable banners, also called roll up or pull up banner stands, have a spring roller mechanism that retracts the banner into the base of the stand when it's not in use, to protect the printed banner. These are the most popular type of banner stands for trade shows and events indoor, as they are the easiest to set up and take down.

Warning: The base of a retractable banner stand is spring-loaded with high tension, please do use the “key” to hold the banner into place. Attempting to open by yourself without experience could cause damages to the banner stand and possibly injury.

• Step 1. Pull the banner all the way up until the end of the thread lead.
• Step 2. Insert the security key into the hole on the side to hold the banner securely in the place.
• Step 3. Carefully remove the old banner, clear all the tapes and glues, open the top clap, set aside the top clap for the new banner.
• Step 4: Use double-sided tape to secure the new banner onto the banner lead first, then use clear tape to wrap around the edges.
• Step 5. Inset the top part of the new banner into the top clap bar, press firmly
• Step 6. Remove the security key and retract the new banner into the base.

No, these pull-up banners are designed to be used indoors only. They are not heavy enough to stay in one place if blown by the wind, and the base and retractable mechanism inside can be damaged or ruined if any water gets inside.
