Our stretchable fabric materials are not transparent. If your design is very light or if there are a lot of bright lights behind the display, you might be able to see some light pass through. However, our 9 oz tension fabric is fairly thick and therefore doesn't have a lot of shining through it.

Inside the aluminum supporting pole is a bungee cord to help guide the pole set up and to keep the pole parts together so you won't ever lose half of your pole.

Depends on the model of your retractable banners. Height adjustable retractables like Flex Retractable Banner Stands come with telescopic poles that can be height adjustable, just turn and lock.

Currently we do not have Table top Retractable Banners in stock.But we do offer flexible changeable series, which is height adjustable 33.5 x 94. It can be displayed on a tabletop.

You need to carefully and slowly pull up your banner out of the stand and put it back into the stand, pay attention to keep the graphic centered or your banner might go in the stand crooked, causing damage to the edges of your graphic permanently.

Retractable banners, also called roll up or pull up banner stands, have a spring roller mechanism that retracts the banner into the base of the stand when it's not in use, to protect the printed banner. These are the most popular type of banner stands for trade shows and events indoor, as they are the easiest to set up and take down.

Warning: The base of a retractable banner stand is spring-loaded with high tension, please do use the “key” to hold the banner into place. Attempting to open by yourself without experience could cause damages to the banner stand and possibly injury.

No, these pull-up banners are designed to be used indoors only. They are not heavy enough to stay in one place if blown by the wind, and the base and retractable mechanism inside can be damaged or ruined if any water gets inside.

You should be able to easily attach your custom fabric display to the frame by pulling it snugly over the top. It should be snug and secure as there is a zipper at the bottom to ensure that your fabric doesn't slide off the frame. Commonly called a pillow case display. Although one person can do the installation, we do recommend two persons for a quicker installation.

The zipper is not essential for the fabric display to attach to the frame, though we do recommend it to make sure that the display remains smooth and tight and in the right place. We recommend replacing the display eventually, but the frame should get the job done if something should happen to the zipper.
