Takedown is easy. Separate the top from the trade show counter. Remove the center shelf (if any)from the inside. Remove the aluminum frame one by one from the inside and around the fabric cover/warp. Roll the wrap up. Place everything back into the carrying bag and store safely.

You should be able to easily attach your custom fabric display to the frame by pulling it snugly over the top. It should be snug and secure as there is a zipper at the bottom to ensure that your fabric doesn't slide off the frame. Commonly called a pillow case display. Although one person can do the installation, we do recommend two persons for a quicker installation.

The zipper is not essential for the fabric display to attach to the frame, though we do recommend it to make sure that the display remains smooth and tight and in the right place. We recommend replacing the display eventually, but the frame should get the job done if something should happen to the zipper.

Lush Banners uses a dye sublimation process that prints your design directly onto the tension fabric. It is the best way to do it to adhere the ink to the fabric material so that your designs stay vibrant for a long period of time.

No, our tension displays do not rip or tear easily. As long as you are using it properly, and transporting and storing it carefully, you should have no worry about damage. Though there is always a chance that sharp objects can tear it, our materials are high quality and durable.

Generally speaking, LED lights can last 1-3 years, depends on the transportation frequency and conditions, also how long they were on per use. LED lights are a dedicate trade show accessories, proper protection and assembly with care are recommended. LED lights for backlit displays are replaceable, one bad module will not affect other modules.

Except clearly noting in the product description, generally using hard rolling case as air freight container are not recommend as they’re design for easy transportation on the floor, the case material might not withhold the toughness of air freight, furthermore, the wheels might fall off due to rough load and unload.
