The biggest thing to remember when trying to make your displays last is to make sure you keep them out of extreme weather. Make sure you carefully store your products in a safe and dry environment. Be aware of heavy foot traffic and make sure you’re assembling the products properly. As long as you’re careful, there is no reason you shouldn’t be able to use your Displays and displays at least several times!

Depending on the size and how many products you have as a part of your trade show setup you may need the help of additional people. Smaller displays such as foam board Displays, retractable banners, x-stand banners, tension fabric stands, table throws, table runners, and the like can easily be set up by one person. Others, including bigger displays, like Tension Fabric Displays, Pop-Up Displays, and Step & Repeat Banners, can be done with one person but are definitely easier with 2 or more people involved in the setup and takedown.

Fabric Displays might get wrinkled during shipping, but they will not be damaged. Wrinkles can quickly and easily be removed with a fabric steamer. If your Displays are seriously damaged when they arrive, please let us know! We will make sure you get new Displays quickly and easily. Double-sided flag banners provide better display quality and durability.

Please be aware that text and numbers on the back of single-sided flag banners are not readable. Double-sided flag banners look more expensive and display perfectly no matter how the wind blows.

Other than differing production speeds, please be aware that some features, such as critical PMS color match, special packaging requests, and edge-to-edge printed pocket sleeves, are unavailable for rush or last-minute orders.

It is important to keep in mind DPI when designing in Photoshop. A great rule of thumb is your artwork should be a minimum 150 DPI at full scale. Some manufacturers may have templates already set up for you to use to create your flag design.

There are many various ways of printing large scale flags. The main factor determining the style of printing is the material of which you are printing on. Typically a large format Full color digital printer is used.

Poles banners are custom made for street poles or lighting poles. It can be hung on one side of the pole or both sides as a set. They are space-saving and elegant perfect for promotional use in events, town halls, car dealerships, and shopping outlets. They are also ideal for informational signage in schools, airports and business centers.

Depending on your poles, walls or other factors, there are many ways you can hang a large flag. The most popular option would be grommets and reinforced strip, to secured to the flagpoles by tie fasteners or ropes across the grommets. All the grommets around option is also very popular when hanging on a wall or building by zip ties. Pole pockets are also a solid way to hang your flag perfectly, if you have vertical poles you can slide the flag pole pockets into.

The best way to fold your custom large flag is to double-fold the printed side inwards first, then do more rounds of cross double-folding until you can roll or safely package the big flag.

If you’re looking for standard designed flags, like a large American Flag, please check local hardware stores or online retailers, normally the price will be more affordable than large customized flags due to the mass production. In general, anything over 3 feet x 5 feet is considered a large flag, and anything over 6 feet x 10 feet is considered oversized.

Yes, flags smaller than 6 feet x 10 feet work best for double-sided printing. While double-sided flags larger than 6ft x 10ft are available, from our experience they can be too heavy to hang or fly properly.

The site currently supports eight major and popular print products as listed. We are shortly going to introduce more products like logos/mailing labels, vinyl stickers, catalogs, banners, calendars, door hangers and raised ink cards.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.

2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.

3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. In the countries following the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g) and in the US system it is Pound (lb).

The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called the paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

Coated papers are available in two finishes – glossy (shiny and smooth) and matt (flat and lusterless). Coated glossy papers reflect the light evenly so they are suitable for almost all types of printing jobs. Glossy papers have a good ink holdout, which is important for creating sharp, bright images.

Printing

Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

We use offset printing, which provides the highest quality of print material for both text and images.

No, the price list indicates basic prices of products against the speculative quantities. The prices are calculated with regard to the most basic paper/card types, sizes and single side printing. As you know, the final printing cost depends on many parameters: paper/card weights or thickness (GSM/Pt), glossy or matt finish, 2 or 4 colors, square or rounded corners, single or double side printing, quantity, destination shipping charges and the mode of transport.
