Hanging a flag onto a standard flagpole is a quick and simple process. The free grommets on custom flags will allow you to attach flags to most flagpoles with clips or hooks. Just adjust the clips to match the locations of the grommets to ensure the flag is pulled flat on the reinforced strip. When displaying without a flagpole, you can use string, rope, or a zip tie to loop them through the grommets to secure it in place.

If halyard and rope are in place, make sure you tie the end of the rope securely on the halyard. If you’re using grommets and zip ties, you can use nails or tape to make sure the tie and grommets stay in place.

Generally yes, as the frame is retractable. But please pay attention that due to the size of the pop-up tent and the thick printing material of the tent graphic, the packaging is still relatively bulky and heavy. (60 inches long, 55 Ibs average for a 10ft custom canopy tent with graphic). We have an optional rolling bag to make transportation and storage easy.

If you intend to use your tent during windy weather, please make sure to use the rope and ground nails kit that come free with every Lush Banners custom tent and banner set order. This will secure the 4 corners to the ground and prevent the tent banner from flapping or toppling over in the wind. Also, you can consider buying extra sandbags for your tent banner, a set of 4 can add 70-80Ibs extra weight to your custom tent, or our new set of 2 canopy tent weights that add around 16lbs of weight per leg.

For flag banners purchased from other manufacturers, we can not guarantee a perfect fit because our hardware is generally thicker than average.

With proper care and maintenance, the expected life expectancy of custom tents is around 3-5 years. Most of our clients replace the custom graphics on the tent due to wear and tear or changing branding images.

Easy task! Grommets are made of metal or plastic rings to prevent ropes, cables or zip ties to damage your flags. Simply make a loop of the rope and pull the rope through the eyelets; Or using zip ties to secure the flag in place using grommets.

3ft x 5ft is the most common size for 20ft residential poles. 3ft x 6ft; 4ft x 6ft are good choices as well depending on your artwork design.
